Regenerate ligand and membrane checkpoints with reference bias slots (aminx #162, #163): ligand w_pos gains its trained bias, v_c loses its phantom bias, membrane physics_projection loses its phantom bias. Layout changed: requires aminx with the matching fix; earlier aminx releases stay pinned to the previous revision.
