Update weights for Falcon OCR v1.5

Hey! TII UAE recently released Falcon OCR version 1.5, but somewhat confusingly left it in the same repository (check out this commit). I wanted to request the weights being reconverted and updated either here or a new repo (your call), as in my testing on Colab/CUDA the model is significantly more practically useful and worth an update
