Add OmniCompass-VL evaluation result
Add the OmniCompass authors' published Kimi-K3.1-Pro result to the HF benchmark leaderboard: 43.5 Overall Cross-Specification Consistency Score on OmniCompass-VL.
The evaluation used 64 video frames, 820 videos and 4,920 requests across temporal grounding, spatial grounding and question answering. It covers paired Text and Text+Image target specifications. The API evaluation completed on October 27, 2026; all requests received successful responses, and four unparseable answers are scored zero.
This PR adds only .eval_results/omnicompass.yaml. It preserves the published one-decimal score and attributes it to VCLab-PolyU. The result comes from the existing API evaluation, not a new run of the downloaded weights. It does not claim HF verified status.
