VoxTell

voxtell 0.1.2 is now on PyPI. This syncs the card with the GitHub readme:

• Install: pip install voxtell as the default (git install for the development version)
• PyTorch: any torch >= 2.1.2 except 2.9.x, instead of the torch 2.8.0 pin
• CLI table: --jobs row and updated -i/-p descriptions
• New section: Remote Inference Server (voxtell[server])

Model description, versions and everything else are unchanged.
