This PR adds the required YAML metadata to the model card:

• pipeline_tag: image-classification, enabling discovery via the Hub pipeline filter.
• license: other, matching the custom Non-Commercial Academic and Research License Agreement.

It also adds a link to the paper on Hugging Face for easy reference. No library_name is included because the model uses custom sktime/scikit-learn estimators, not a supported Hugging Face library.
