Load the fp8 revision explicitly, enable ModelOpt checkpoint restoration, and preload the transformer from its full local path before loading the remaining modular components.

PR #25 passed with an environment change: FP8 restoration and 189-frame video generation passed on H200 using CUDA 12.8. The default CUDA 13.2 install was incompatible with the node’s driver.
