Chinese model card: remove leftover GitHub model-guide links and hero image

Removed two GitHub-only blocks above the Usage Guide panel (release-hero.svg banner and the "MiniCPM-OCR 1.0 / Jev 模型指南" link row with HF/ModelScope badges). Neither exists in the English card. Chinese header now matches the English one: logo -> Usage Guide -> four entries -> nav row. Body unchanged.
