Regenerate reference IR on OpenVINO 2026.5 nightly aten::flatten's target-shape constant is now emitted as a single i64 constant instead of an i32 Concat subgraph that later const-folds. Topology is unchanged (1355 ops, identical op-type histogram) and the compiled outputs are bitwise identical.
