Pan-mammalian elastic-net sex classifier using conserved CpG methylation. The author package expects SeSAMe-normalized mammalian-array data; its 320K option maps probes to the 40K CpG IDs. Pyaging applies a sigmoid to return female probability; published validation excluded marmosets.

Model weights retain the original authors' terms; the pyaging software license does not relicense them.
