pastamouse
Mouse application of the human Pasta model after one-to-one orthologue mapping, rank transformation, and median imputation of missing genes. The output is a human-year-scaled relative age difference, not mouse chronological age.
Model weights retain the original authors' terms; the pyaging software license does not relicense them.
