I am writing to politely request a reconsideration of my access request for DeepSpot M, which was recently declined. I believe my initial request lacked the necessary specific context regarding our research aims.

I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Artificial Intelligence at Seoul National University. My research deeply aligns with your work, focusing on predicting gene expression from H&E pathology images and spatial transcriptomics using multi-modal foundation models.

We are currently preparing a manuscript for a major AI conference. Because DeepSpot M represents a highly significant advancement in this field, we strongly wish to include it as a primary state-of-the-art baseline in our comparative evaluations. Benchmarking our methodologies against your robust model is crucial for our experimental rigor.

My initial access request for DeepSpotM was rejected, likely because I didn't provide enough detail about my intended use.

I am an undergraduate student at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, currently working on computational pathology and spatial transcriptomics research. I would like to use DeepSpotM for non-commercial academic research to reproduce the results from your paper and evaluate the model as part of my research project. The model will be used strictly for research purposes in accordance with the repository's license.
