docs: update Hugging Face model card and architecture

Updates the Hugging Face model card to match the verified GitHub artifact state.
Includes the corrected status/provenance language, Python loading example, licenses, and repository metadata files. Existing config.json and dataset/merged_v2 weight artifacts are intentionally left untouched because their hashes already match GitHub.
The architecture assets — assets/architecture.svg and assets/architecture.png — were created by Claude Code Cloud; the SVG is the source and the PNG is its rendered diagram.
