Photo Cartoonizer On-Device AI Models (PCA)

Official model repository for Photo Cartoonizer AI on-device inference models:

iOS CoreML compiled archives (.mlmodelc.zip): UNet, Base UNet, VAE Encoder, VAE Decoder, Precomputed Style Embeddings.
Android ONNX archives (.onnx.zip): UNet, VAE Encoder, VAE Decoder, Qwen3-VL Multimodal Text/Vision encoders.

All models run 100% locally on user devices without sending photos to cloud servers.
