First public release of TOTORONG AD103_win_unlocker

We present a Windows 11 UEFI selector-modification and Windows-handoff case using one display-driving RTX 4080 AD103 modified to 32GB, with no iGPU, secondary GPU or eGPU.

v0.4.18 preloads Windows Boot Manager, attempts PLM writes within one SEC2 execution, modifies SS0/SS1, and restores FLR/GOP state before handing control to Windows. WPR_CFG/WPR/FEAT and both selectors reached their targets; FBPA remained unchanged.

User-reported WSL N=4096 GEMM results increased from 91.54 to 182.80 TFLOPS for FP16 with FP32 accumulation, and 91.91 to 184.49 TFLOPS for BF16 with FP32 accumulation. This is a single-card experiment, not universal RTX 40-series support or a claim of doubled game FPS.

Source, EFI, analysis and bilingual installation instructions are included. ROM and stock NVIDIA firmware are excluded; users export their own ROM and obtain pinned stock inputs locally. Use at your own risk, without warranty. Review the separate GPL code and CC BY-NC documentation terms.
