This PR improves the model card metadata to make the model discoverable on the Hub:
- adds
pipeline_tag: text-to-image, ensuring the model shows up at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=text-to-image - links the model card to the paper Unifying Distributional Training for One-Step Visual Generation
- adds a link to the project page https://shihaoyang0423.github.io/MGFlow-website
