PROJECT_STATE.md — Global Memory

Current Status

AGENT_WORKFLOW initialized as a local multi-project agent workflow kit.

Active Projects

• trading-agent: financial research and simulation agent, no real trading by default.
• voice-protection: Voice Protection Gateway for defensive audio protection.
• immobilier-predictif: European real estate research and prediction agent.
• autre-projet: generic project template.

Global Rules

• Reuse First.
• YAGNI, DRY, KISS.
• Tests required or explicit justification required.
• Task report required for every task.
• PROJECT_STATE.md update required after every task.
• Anti-leakage required for temporal data.
• Security check required for secrets, logs, dependencies and endpoints.

Known Risks

• Temporal leakage in financial and real estate simulations.
• Overbuilding large modules before requirements are proven.
• Secret leakage through .env, logs or reports.
• Context drift if task reports and project state are not maintained.

Next Priorities

• Validate Codex compatibility.
• Validate Claude Code compatibility.
• Add backup strategy.
• Add Telegram control plan.
• Create first implementation tasks per project.

Recent Task Reports

Migration Notes

• The folder is portable to VPS or mini-server.
• Use .env.example only as a template.
• Prefer Tailscale or Cloudflare Tunnel for remote access.
• Add rclone backups before production use.
