Agent-Baukasten
Project purpose
Agent-Baukasten is a Hermes-first concept project for composing controlled agents and agentic workflows from reusable building blocks such as souls/profiles, skills, tools/connectors, goals, context, and governance signals.
Current V1 canon
V1 is Agent Anatomy: a controlled agent loop with an owner-facing representation. The canon artifact is AGENT_ANATOMY_V1.md.
Visual explainer
The visual companion for the current V1 is in visual-explainer/.
Parked V2/V3 directions
Registry, Card-Schema, YAML catalogs, builder flows, workflow composer, and broader roadmap work are parked as V2/V3 unless Samuel explicitly reactivates them.
