Add pipeline tag and links to paper/project page

This PR adds the pipeline_tag: other to the model metadata, improving discoverability on the Hub. It also adds direct links to the paper (Hugging Face paper page) and the project page in the model card content, making it easier for users to find the original research and related resources. The existing content and code snippet are preserved.
