Add settings menu for diagram layout and panel visibility
NeonClary +1: CursorGear menu next to the theme toggle: choose random seed (default), fixed seed, or explicit node coordinates for the network diagram; toggle the four right-column panels on/off while preserving their order. Make simulator content scrollable within the app shell
NeonClary +1: CursorThe CCAI app shell locks .app/.app-main to 100vh with overflow:hidden, which clipped the right-column panels (Results, Commands, Stats). Add Decidron network simulator
NeonClary +1: CursorBackend: deterministic decidron engine (models, network, engine, stats, diagrams) under backend/app/decidron with a REST router at /api/decidron; networkx dependency and patent-shaped seed network + sample commands. Frontend: DecidronSimulator view (vis-network diagram, sensor input, command builder, results, stats, history) wired into App.js; api.js rewritten for the Decidron endpoints; vis-network/vis-data added. Docs/config: full README (patent context, start, UI workflow, command schema, API curl reference, troubleshooting); trimmed .env.example and docker-compose to the deterministic simulator.
