Fix GT-map panel title incorrectly showing 'Votre modele KNN' on the logistic regression and random forest tabs

Mirror KNN tab layout (confusion matrices + GT maps + full maps) for logistic regression tab, add random forest comparison tab

Replace linear regression with logistic regression tab (proper classifier), move it before KNN tab, neutral framing
