Replace the 2025 benchmark with the revised NTv3 benchmark, keeping the 2025 leaderboard as a page

Moves the app of InstaDeepAI/ntv3_benchmark_revised here, so both preprints can point to one benchmark.
- The 2025 app becomes the "Initial release (2025)" page (src/initial_release.py, unchanged apart from the page config, its CSV path and a title note), reading its original CSV from data/initial_release/.
- The 2025 Space is also kept at tag initial-release (= v1.0, 13171fc).
- Checked locally (streamlit 1.66.1): every revised page has the same text as ntv3_benchmark_revised and the 2025 page the same text as the 2025 app, with no errors.
Merging: tested locally, every page checked.
