short_description: Practical AI systems and open-source developer tools.

NextEleven

We build practical AI systems and open-source tools that help developers control agent actions, inspect their sources, and verify how software behaves.

Start with DeadBolt

Let agents work. Keep control of their actions.

DeadBolt is a free local execution gate. Put it into the trusted code that performs an action, then apply policy, leases, operator approval and revocation at dispatch. Choose embedded Rust, local HTTP clients, a trusted stdio MCP proxy, or the prerelease OpenAI Agents SDK function-tool adapter.

Stable v1.0.3 and published prerelease v1.1.0-rc.1 are available. Exact-action approvals and scoped admission credentials are prerelease features. DeadBolt protects routed actions; it is not an OS sandbox or a compliance certification. Read the trust boundary.

Search across your own files with PersonalRAGVault

Local document retrieval across notes, PDFs, code and supported saved exports, including file-based Obsidian vault integration. Inspect matching passages and sources through a CLI, optional browser UI or local HTTP API. Free under MIT.

Both Spaces are free static showcases of recorded application results. They do not run agents or search your personal files on Hugging Face.

Build or improve software with us

NextEleven also offers software engineering and practical AI consulting. Bring an existing application, an integration problem, or a workflow you want to improve. We value a short path from the problem to a tested working system.
