Sunk Cost Game

A browser-only classroom demonstration for COMSCI/ECON 206 · Computational Microeconomics.

The player picks a role — the Manager who already paid $100,000, or the Advisor with fresh eyes — then allocates 10 points between a failing project and a better alternative, revealing how sunk costs bend (or don't bend) the decision.

Private by design: no server, login, tracking, or centralized data collection.
