short_description: Recast a video's people or change its scene, in 6 steps
No GPU or setup? Use the Viggle app.
Upload a video, one to three reference images, and a prompt in MiniMax-H3's six-section format. swap recasts the people the prompt names with the ones in the references; edit changes the scene the way the prompt describes. Motion, camera, framing and the soundtrack come from the source. With a pin frame, each reference is also held as a keyframe at that frame of the output. This demo renders up to 124 frames (5.2 s) at 24 fps; longer sources are cut.
The prompt is encoded on the CPU before the GPU is requested, so the first render of a new prompt waits about a minute longer than the GPU time it is billed for. See the model card for more examples, the sampling settings and where Viggle Remake fails.
