... I'm new to huggingface, but when I asked perplexity about it...:
"That is not your account or image causing the problem. The Space itself is trying to use an external service—apparently Alibaba/DashScope—to upload or process your image, and the Space owner’s API key has been blocked or is invalid.

So: skip that Space and try another one. You cannot fix it without the Space owner replacing their key. A Hugging Face discussion for the Wan demo shows the same “Get upload certificate failed / InvalidApiKey” error and says that external use requires the Space owner to obtain/configure a valid DashScope app key. huggingface
