feat(web): expand profile bubbles to 28 individual fields
- Split grouped bubbles (family, work, sport, music, cinema, books, nature) into one bubble per field for richer context collection - Add date_of_birth bubble; remove language bubble (captured on lang screen) - Add date_of_birth to TRACKED_FIELDS and FIELD_DESCRIPTIONS - Update greeting to explain click-to-fill, chat link, come-back flow - Update all 5 language translations (it/es/fr/de/pt) for 28 bubbles Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>c8a5a29
