Rebuild the demo around per-turn confidence
Fabian-Robert Stöter +1: Claude Opus 5 (1M context)The speaker lanes now carry the two per-frame scores as a pair of 2 px rules in a gutter under each turn, beside the waveform rather than instead of it, so a dip is visible where it happens. Confidence is drawn only over speech; the full-width chart that spanned the silences is gone. The demo ships MV 2.0 alone — the MV 1.0 comparison and the dataset-reference pipeline are dropped from the published data — and the public examples are re-cut to 10-11 s excerpts, faded 5 ms at both ends so a cut cannot click. Waveform bars are laid out at a fixed pixel size and bucket the peaks down to it, so a 10 s and a 50 s example look like the same instrument. Example picking moved into the player card at full width, each example named for what it demonstrates rather than where it came from, and the chrome is monochrome on shadcn's stock radius so the only colour on the page is data. Play through Web Audio so the transport survives Safari

A player is rebuilt on every example and pipeline switch, so browsing the demo piled up 109 stalled audio elements and playback died for the rest of the session; even the first play started its streams 64 ms apart. Streams are now decoded to AudioBuffers and started as buffer sources at one scheduled context time, which is sample-locked and needs no drift correction, and the page keeps a single shared AudioContext. Mute, solo and mode are gain ramps rather than element flags. resume() is called inside the gesture, context interruptions read as a pause, the decode cache is bounded by bytes rather than entries, and the page declares a playback audio session so iOS does not mute it on the ringer switch. The transport reports its decode state, so the button shows Loading instead of doing nothing while the streams are still arriving. scripts/audio_test.mjs covers this on any engine; it passes on Chromium a…5928c7a
