Adds User01110/tinyLM-8M-exp with the current Open SLM Leaderboard values: 8,131,840 parameters, ARC-Easy 35.65, ARC-Challenge 23.61, HellaSwag 27.65, PIQA 56.51, and leaderboard Avg 34.8125.

The oversized diff in this PR was caused by index.html being converted from LF to CRLF. PR #4 then merged a change in the same model-data block, leaving this older PR ref conflicted. PR #5 is based on current main, preserves the cma-8M row from #4, adds tinyLM-8M-exp, and changes exactly one HTML line.
