Code quiz grader failing: api-inference.huggingface.co can’t be resolved
Hi! The code quiz grader seems to be broken. Every submission shows this warning:
Error checking code: (MaxRetryError('HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api-inference.huggingface.co', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /models/Qwen/Qwen2.5-Coder-32B-Instruct/v1/chat/completions (Caused by NameResolutionError("Failed to resolve 'api-inference.huggingface.co' ([Errno -5] No address associated with hostname)")))
Since the LLM checker can’t be reached, the quiz falls back to an exact text comparison, which rejects correct answers. I’ve tried several valid solutions for Q2 (linear scheduler), Q4 (LoRA + 4-bit config) and Q5 (apply_chat_template), and they’re all marked incorrect.
I think api-inference.huggingface.co has been retired, so the Space may need to switch to the Inference Providers router (router.huggingface.co) or the InferenceClient.
