Unfortunately there's a build error:
E: Package 'libgl1-mesa-glx' has no installation candidate
There is a new error. Perhaps, you should restart or make a factory build.
I tried that, but the error is still here. Not sure the packages.txt file is still needed now that you added the requirements.txt?
