- **📁 Ingesta Masiva de Documentos & Carpetas (v2.0):** Sube carpetas empresariales completas en formato `.zip` o arrastra archivos `.pdf`, `.docx`, `.xlsx`, `.csv`, `.eml`, `.txt`. El motor inferirá departamentos, segmentará actas por turnos de oradores y redactará toda la PII sensible.
- **100% On-Premise / Local-First Zero Data Leakage:** Toda la PII (cédulas, correos, celulares, salarios en COP/USD, IPs y nombres) se anonimiza localmente con hashes salteados SHA-256 antes de calcular la telemetría psicométrica.
