GitHub ChatGPT MCP App

This project exposes a GitHub-focused toolset as a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server so it can be loaded as a ChatGPT App. It adds lightweight wrappers for common GitHub API flows that are useful when working alongside ChatGPT.
