| ## Permission Roles | |
| TaskFlow has three permission roles: | |
| ### Owner | |
| - Full control including billing and account deletion | |
| - Only one Owner per workspace | |
| - Can transfer ownership under Settings > Team > Transfer Ownership | |
| ### Admin | |
| - Create and manage projects | |
| - Invite members | |
| - Configure integrations | |
| - Cannot manage billing or delete account | |
| ### Member | |
| - Create and edit tasks within assigned projects | |
| - Cannot manage billing or integrations | |
| - Cannot manage team members | |
| ## Changing Roles | |
| To change someone's role: | |
| 1. Go to Settings > Team | |
| 2. Click the three-dot menu next to their name | |
| 3. Select "Change Role" | |
| **Note**: Only Owners can promote someone to Admin. | |
