Shared Hugging Face governance

Repository: wr92-course/README
Type: space
Profile: organization-card
Core Agent repository: https://github.com/mykcs/.agents
Hugging Face governance: https://github.com/mykcs/.agents/blob/main/docs/agents/HUGGING_FACE_REPOSITORY_GOVERNANCE.md

当前方向

让组织首页成为清楚的导航入口，帮助人和 Agent 找到真实项目，而不是把组织卡片当成项目权威。

Current direction

Keep the organization landing page a clear navigation surface that routes people and Agents to real projects rather than acting as project authority.

Boundary: This repository routes; it does not own the projects it links to.
