| Licenses apply by component, not uniformly to this repository. Existing model cards, notices and provenance are retained. | |
| - Model weights and tokenizer: see `MODEL-LICENSE.json`, `LICENSE.model` and `README.source.md` for the original license and attribution. Conversion changes the weight representation and runtime format; it does not replace the upstream terms. | |
| - Gemma-derived model components are additionally governed by the included `GEMMA-TERMS.html` and `GEMMA-PROHIBITED-USE-POLICY.html`; see `NOTICE.txt`. The upstream `LICENSE.model` file is retained unchanged and may be a model card referring to these terms. | |
| - drowse runtime modifications and core geometry (from Polythetic sources): AGPL-3.0-only, included as `LICENSE.polythetic`. Third-party runtime components retain their own licenses. This upload preserves the original artifact/build metadata; it does not relicense upstream model weights. | |
