| Original NVIDIA tensors are preserved and stored under the `nemotron.` prefix | |
| inside the combined `model.safetensors`. The GRU controller tensors use the | |
| `turn_taker.` prefix. The archive is a packaging change; NVIDIA weights were | |
| not retrained or quantized. | |
| All supplied files in `nemotron/` and `upstream/`, and | |
| `licenses/OpenMDW-1.1.txt`, are retained unchanged. The original NVIDIA model | |
| card and its attribution appear in `upstream/NVIDIA_MODEL_CARD.md`. | |
