This PR improves the model card metadata:

• Adds pipeline_tag: robotics so the model is correctly categorized.
• Removes arxiv:2610.12126 from the YAML tags, as arXiv IDs belong only in the Markdown body.
• Adds a link to the official project page in the content section.
