My name is Mark Anthony Podunas, and I am developing MarksDL, an independent desktop media and audio-production utility with local AI-assisted stem separation.

MarksDL uses the unmodified Piano-Separation-Model-small checkpoint and its accompanying configuration and inference files. Since the repository is currently licensed under CC BY-NC 4.0, I would like to ask whether you would be open to granting or quoting a separate commercial license.

The requested permission would cover:

• bundling and redistribution inside MarksDL for macOS and Windows;
