FLUX.2 [dev] conditioner, single file (mirror)
The single-file Mistral conditioner FLUX.2 [dev] needs under stable-diffusion.cpp, mirrored from Comfy-Org/flux2-dev.
Unsloth Studio fetches this on the no-GPU (native sd.cpp) path. It used to come straight from the
community repack, whose own card names the wrong licence (it says flux-1-dev-non-commercial-license
and links FLUX.1-Krea-dev); a rename or a takedown there turns every CPU FLUX.2 [dev] load into a
404. So it is mirrored here. The weights are unmodified: byte for byte the file of the same
name in the source repo.
| File | Size | Upstream model | Licence |
|---|---|---|---|
split_files/text_encoders/mistral_3_small_flux2_bf16.safetensors |
33.14 GiB | black-forest-labs/FLUX.2-dev conditioner (Mistral-Small-3.2-24B) | FLUX Non-Commercial License |
The FLUX.2 VAE is not here. Black Forest Labs released the FLUX.2 autoencoder separately under Apache-2.0, so bundling it with a non-commercial file would have mislabelled it; it is at unsloth/FLUX.2-VAE instead. The source repo also ships the FLUX.2 [dev] diffusion model, turbo LoRAs and quantised conditioners; Studio does not use them from there, so they are not here either.
Licence: non-commercial
FLUX.2 [dev] is not open weights in the permissive sense. It is licensed by Black Forest Labs
under the FLUX Non-Commercial License v2.1, which permits redistribution (section 3) on condition
that the licence travels with the files, that recipients are told their rights come directly from
Black Forest Labs, and that the prescribed attribution notice is displayed. All three are here:
LICENSE.md is the
verbatim upstream text, and
NOTICE carries the
attribution, the direct-grant statement and the statement of what the repack changed.
Mirroring does not relax anything. Downloading this file still binds you to the FLUX Non-Commercial License, including its non-commercial-use-only restriction, and any rights you have in it are granted to you directly by Black Forest Labs under that licence, not by Unsloth. For commercial use, license it from Black Forest Labs at https://bfl.ai/licensing.
The conditioner itself is Mistral-Small-3.2-24B, which Mistral AI releases under Apache-2.0. Black Forest Labs ships it as a component of FLUX.2 [dev] and names no separate licence for it, so this mirror carries the FLUX terms for the whole repository. Not an official Black Forest Labs, Mistral AI or ComfyUI product, and not endorsed by any of them.
