Add pipeline tag and links to paper/project page

This PR improves the model card by adding the missing pipeline_tag: other to the YAML metadata, ensuring the repository is properly categorized on the Hugging Face Hub. It also adds links to the Hugging Face paper page and the MIDI-REPA project page in the README content for easier access. The existing license, library name, dataset reference, and citation are retained.
