Add pipeline tag and link to paper

This PR adds the missing pipeline_tag: robotics to the metadata so the model is correctly classified under the robotics category on the Hub. It also removes the arxiv:2610.37219 tag from the YAML metadata block, as arXiv IDs should only appear in the markdown content (per Hub guidelines). In the README content, a link to the Hugging Face paper page is added alongside the existing project, code, and arXiv links for easier discovery.
