Add pipeline tag and remove arxiv tag

This PR updates the model card metadata:
- Adds
pipeline_tag: image-classificationso the model is discoverable under the correct task. - Removes the
arxiv:2609.33437tag from YAML, as arXiv IDs should be referenced in the markdown content instead.
The paper and GitHub usage links are already present in the card, so no other content changes are needed.
