Clean metadata, add pipeline tag

This PR cleans the model card metadata by removing the arXiv identifier from the YAML tags and adding the correct pipeline_tag: image-classification. The arXiv link remains in the Markdown content as required, and the existing base model, license, and usage links are kept unchanged.
