Add pipeline tag and remove arxiv ID from metadata

This PR updates the model card metadata by:
- adding
pipeline_tag: image-classification - removing the
arxiv:2609.33437tag from YAML, since arxiv IDs should be referenced in the Markdown content instead
The paper and GitHub usage links are already present in the model card content.
