Update metadata: add pipeline tag, remove arxiv tag

This PR cleans up the YAML metadata by:
- Removing the
arxiv:2609.33437tag, since arXiv IDs should only appear in the Markdown content. - Adding
pipeline_tag: image-classificationso the model is categorized correctly.
The paper and GitHub links remain in the model card.
