Empathy Practice Classifiers

This repository contains fine-tuned classifiers released alongside the paper:

Empathy Practices in Social Media Discourse: A Multidimensional and Relational Perspective

The models are based on Phi-3-medium-4k-instruct and are used to identify different empathy practices in online posts and replies. The classification framework, task definitions, model development, and evaluation are described in the paper.

Each directory contains a fine-tuned adapter for one classification task.
