Fix metadata: add pipeline tag, remove arxiv and library_name

This PR updates the model card metadata:
- Removes the
arxivfield from the YAML metadata (arXiv IDs should only be referenced in the Markdown content). - Removes
library_name: pytorchsince there is no evidence of compatibility with a standard Hugging Face library for automatic code snippets. - Adds
pipeline_tag: any-to-anyto correctly categorize the model for multimodal understanding, generation, and editing.
The Markdown content remains unchanged.
