This PR adds a model card for the WSA-Large-LIBERO model. It links the repository to the paper WSA$_1$: a 3D-Centric World-Spatial-Action Model for Generalizable Robot Control, includes the robotics pipeline tag to make it discoverable on the Hub, and lists the project page and GitHub repository links.
