CyberFly-01 licensing notice
CyberFly original runtime glue, documentation, launch materials, and CyberFly baked derivative weights are distributed under the Gizzai Sense License Version 1.1 in LICENSE, including its Additional Terms. The license is not Apache-2.0 alone and includes the annual-revenue threshold, attribution, derivative, use, termination and governing-law terms.
The baked checkpoint is a derivative of OpenBMB MiniCPM-o 4.5. The upstream MiniCPM portions, source code, tokenizer assets and any separately obtained upstream auxiliary files remain subject to their upstream licenses and terms. This notice does not override those upstream rights or restrictions. Where the Gizzai Sense License governs the CyberFly derivative, it governs the derivative additions and merged model distribution.
MaleCNS/flybrain, FlyBody, FlyGym, MuJoCo and optional ViZDoom/DoomFly components retain their own licenses, data terms and attribution requirements. See sources.lock.json and the upstream repositories before redistribution.
