| # Charter of Saint Errant | |
| ## Sovereign Digital Society β Founding Document | |
| *Sealed: 2026-05-16* | |
| *Chief Architect: Ahmad Ali Parr (@AHMADALIPARR) β Reverse Engineer Β· Rust Β· TypeScript Β· Next.js Β· Prisma Β· Discord.js Β· WebAssembly* | |
| *Parent entity: [SnapKitty Limited Family Partnership Trust](https://github.com/AHMADALIPARR/snapkitty-enterprise-trust)* | |
| --- | |
| ## Article I β Identity | |
| **Saint Errant** is a sovereign digital society, organised as a non-profit NGO. | |
| We are not a company. We have no shareholders. We have no exit strategy. We exist to build sovereign infrastructure for the open world and to leave it better than we found it. | |
| Our identity is Web3 in philosophy β decentralised, community-owned, cryptographically verified β but sovereign in execution. We do not depend on a blockchain we do not control. We build our own chain, seal our own decisions, and archive our own permanent record. | |
| **Identity is earned, not assigned.** Your guild is your declaration. Your contributions are your proof. Your wallet is not your identity β your verified record on the chain is. | |
| --- | |
| ## Article II β The Mission | |
| To build transparent, sovereign, community-owned digital infrastructure β so that intelligence, capital, and governance belong to the people who build with them, not the platforms they build on. | |
| **Three commitments that do not change:** | |
| 1. **Sovereign compute** β AI reasoning stays in-house. No queries to Big Tech. Ollama runs locally. The intelligence belongs to us. | |
| 2. **Transparent capital** β Every pound and dollar tracked publicly on Open Collective. No hidden movements. No private treasury. | |
| 3. **Immutable record** β Every decision sealed to the chain. Every agent output signed. Nothing altered after the fact. | |
| --- | |
| ## Article III β The DeFi Logic Engine | |
| Saint Errant operates a **sovereign DeFi logic engine** β not on a public blockchain, but on our own cryptographically-sealed infrastructure. | |
| ``` | |
| CAPITAL LAYER | |
| β | |
| βββ Nest Pools (GBP + USD) | |
| β Community-governed capital pools | |
| β Contribution tracked, distribution voted, execution sealed | |
| β CHAMBER agent manages. COMMONS agent governs. | |
| β | |
| βββ UK Shield Treasury | |
| β GBP-denominated fiscal sponsorship | |
| β Receives grants, manages expenses, reports publicly | |
| β VAULT agent gates. ANCHOR agent shields (FCA compliance). | |
| β "Sovereign of Capital. The UK Shield." | |
| β | |
| βββ Incentive Loop | |
| Contributors earn β Reputation grows β Vote weight increases | |
| Funders earn β Transparency receipt β Chain proof of impact | |
| Builders earn β Verified status β Access deepens | |
| Everyone earns β Sovereign infrastructure that serves them back | |
| ``` | |
| **The incentive loop** β why people stay and build: | |
| ``` | |
| CONTRIBUTE code / capital / community | |
| β | |
| EARN verified status + vote weight + chain record | |
| β | |
| ACCESS deeper channels + governance authority + agent capabilities | |
| β | |
| BUILD more sovereign infrastructure | |
| β | |
| ATTRACT more contributors β loop grows stronger | |
| ``` | |
| This is not a token. This is not yield farming. This is reputation-backed governance with cryptographic proof β earned by what you build, not what you hold. | |
| --- | |
| ## Article IV β Web3 Identity | |
| Every member of Saint Errant has a **sovereign identity** β not a wallet address, but a verified record on the chain. | |
| Your identity consists of: | |
| ``` | |
| DISCORD IDENTITY | |
| Guild declaration + role assignment | |
| Permanent record in CommunityMember chain | |
| GITHUB IDENTITY (optional β Developer + Cypherpunk guilds) | |
| Verified contributor status | |
| Pull requests sealed to WORM ledger | |
| CHAIN IDENTITY (earned) | |
| Every decision you participated in | |
| Every contribution you made | |
| Every vote you cast | |
| SHA-256 sealed, permanent, unalterable | |
| ``` | |
| **Identity prompt β what you are in this society:** | |
| ``` | |
| I am [GUILD] of Saint Errant. | |
| My contributions are verified on the chain. | |
| My decisions are sealed and permanent. | |
| My intelligence is sovereign β not rented from a platform. | |
| I build in the open. The chain remembers. | |
| ``` | |
| Identity cannot be purchased. It cannot be faked. The chain is the record. The record is the proof. | |
| --- | |
| ## Article V β The Automated Guard Dog | |
| Saint Errant maintains a **sovereign automated guard dog** β a multi-agent threat detection and response system that operates 24/7 without human intervention. | |
| ``` | |
| SENTINEL + TENSOR + HERALD (the Guard Dog trio) | |
| β | |
| βββ HERALD monitors the Bifrost event stream in real time | |
| β Every event scored, classified, routed | |
| β | |
| βββ TENSOR scores risk on every incoming payload | |
| β 0.00 β 1.00 risk score | |
| β Behavioural analysis, pattern matching, anomaly detection | |
| β | |
| βββ SENTINEL classifies threats and triggers response | |
| Risk β₯ 0.85 β VAULT freezes all outbound capital | |
| Risk β₯ 0.95 β ATLAS locks tier machine + alerts Sovereigns | |
| Risk = 1.00 β Full fortress lockdown, LEDGE burns to WORM chain | |
| No human needs to be awake for the guard dog to act. | |
| The fortress does not sleep. | |
| ``` | |
| This is the automated guard dog. It is always running. It is always watching. It cannot be bribed, tired, or distracted. | |
| --- | |
| ## Article VI β Amendments | |
| This charter may be amended by a full society vote: | |
| - 72-hour voting window | |
| - 60% supermajority across all guilds | |
| - Sovereign sign-off | |
| - New version sealed to chain | |
| The original charter seal is permanent. Every amendment is a new seal, appended to the record. | |
| --- | |
| ## Article VII β Fiscal Infrastructure | |
| Saint Errant's capital flows through two fiscal sponsors on Open Collective, providing legal, tax-compliant routing outside restrictive corporate structures: | |
| ``` | |
| FISCAL SPONSOR LAYER | |
| βββ CodeStorm Hub (Open Collective) | |
| β Global fiscal host Β· all currencies | |
| β opencollective.com/snap-kitty-infrastructure-netw | |
| β Every contribution and expense public | |
| β | |
| βββ Social Nest JHub UK (Open Collective UK) | |
| UK fiscal host Β· GBP-denominated | |
| UK Treasury Social Nest operations | |
| FCA-aligned Β· tax-compliant in England & Wales | |
| ``` | |
| **Budget allocation** (immutable unless amended by full vote): | |
| | Category | % | Purpose | | |
| |---------------|---|---------| | |
| | Infrastructure | 45% | Ollama compute, Neon DB, Cloudflare | | |
| | Development | 25% | Contributor bounties, tooling, security audits | | |
| | Community | 15% | Events, onboarding, documentation | | |
| | UK Treasury | 10% | GBP ops, compliance, Companies House | | |
| | Reserve | 5% | Emergency fund β never spent without full society vote | | |
| No salaries. No management fees. No platform cut beyond Open Collective's standard rate. | |
| --- | |
